*We are unable to distribute food on the Thursday prior to a scheduled Saturday distribution when receiving food pallets. This ensures safety for staff and customers.

Basic Pantry Rules
1. Families/individuals are limited to two food pick-ups each month
2. Each family/individual should provide some basic ID if requested
3. Families/individuals are only allowed to pick up for one other family
4. The Pantry Register must be completed for each family/individual's visit
5. Pantry volunteers will NOT deliver or carry food away from the facility
6. Recipients are responsible to ensure perishable foods are stored promptly
7. Recipients will be served in order of arrival (numbers may be provided)
8. Smaller families or individuals (1-3) may receive smaller food allotments
9. Walk-up individuals will be served in order, NOT ahead of drive-ups (monthly)
10. During the week, please call, ring the bell, knock door at the rear of the facility
NOTE: These are only some of the basic rules for individuals & families we serve. The Hope Center Leadership reserves the right to deny service to those who choose not to follow these rules or the direction of our staff
